HGRESA has rooms available for rent to member districts and professional education organizations. If member leaders, teachers, or staff are part of the audience with the intent to help students in our area, there are usually no charges. (Exception: Grant sponsored events or organizations funded by grants) The HGRESA organization does have to maintain the building, provide supplies and technology upkeep, and pay for utilities, etc.; therefore donations are accepted and appreciated.
If the organization or event is funded by a grant, then a fee will be charged to help with costs such as clean-up, maintenance, technology, electrical, restroom supplies or spills on carpet, etc.
If the organization or event does not benefit our member districts, there will be a fee charge.
