To set up a Math in the Fast Lane account: 

1) Go to https://mathinfastlane.com/

2. Click "Getting Started" and set up an account

3. An email will come saying the account has been approved.  Sometimes, this gets trapped in spam.  

4. After approval, go to site and log in with ID and Password under "Subscribers."
