The Heart of Georgia RESA is located on 717 Smith Street which is beside LouAnn's Restaurant on Highway 441, Dublin. If coming from Atlanta, exit the 441 Highway Exit and turn left. Go toward Dublin City and you will come to the National Guard Armory on the left. Turn right at LouAnn's Restaurant onto Smith Street. HGRESA is located in the former Saxon Elementary School Building on the left. The building is leased from the Dublin City School District. This is the fourth location of the building since the 1960s. The first location was at the Eastman Courthouse. Then the location was moved to an area behind the Dodge County Board of Education. The location was then moved to the former car dealership near Tripps Beach. After about 50 years of being located in Dodge County, the location was moved to Dublin under the leadership of Dr. Steve Miletto.
